After graduating from FHS '87 and MVNU '91, I moved to Nashville, Tennessee, where I have lived ever since with my husband and (now grown) children. My parents and brothers still live in Ohio, so I travel back and forth several times a year to visit. As the Director of Career Development and Connections at Trevecca Nazarene University, I guide students and alumni toward achieving their career aspirations while facilitating connections with potential employers. With over seven years of combined experience in external relations and career development within higher education, I've worked closely with diverse and multicultural populations. My strengths lie in effective communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, and I am certified in fostering an environment conducive to psychological safety. My passion lies in empowering individuals to explore their passions and interests and unleash their full potential. Additionally, I am committed to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and risk-taking in the higher education landscape.
