We are grateful to announce a generous donation of construction supplies and personal safety devices from Dayton Winfastener!
This donation empowers our CTC students with the equipment and safety gear they need to thrive in the trades.
For the team at Dayton Winfastener, this contribution is personal. Owner and President Jacob Hosford is a proud graduate of Fairmont’s CTC Design Program and knows firsthand the impact of hands-on education.

"The Career Technology Center (CTC) offers students a unique environment to learn and excel beyond what traditional educational pathways typically provide. As a former Fairmont student and a graduate of the CTC Design Program, I can personally attest that the program instilled a sense of confidence and pride in my work that I simply did not find in standard classrooms.
Although I began my career successfully in user interface design, I have since pivoted to entrepreneurship in owning Dayton Winfastener, a construction supply house. This transition has been a significant shift, yet it presents a rewarding opportunity to revitalize a business that has served Dayton's construction and manufacturing businesses for nearly 40 years. I strongly believe that a vibrant community is built by supporting our youth and providing them with opportunities that equal or surpass those we received.
Today, in my role as a president and owner within the Winsupply family of companies, I am empowered with the autonomy to make decisions that best serve our customers and local communities. Recognizing the national and local need to encourage young people to embrace the trades and become capable, confident members of society, it felt only natural for me to reach out to see how I can support that development."
