Bio

As a surprise to to NO ONE from the Class of 2000, my adult life led me straight back to Kettering. After spending four glorious years as a Buckeye, I promptly married my high school sweetheart and landed my dream job teaching English at Fairmont. I've loved being plugged in to the Dayton area by serving on a variety of boards such as the Dayton Art Institute and Boonshoft Associate Boards, Hannah's Treasure Chest, and the Junior League of Dayton. In 2022, I began splitting my professional time between the classroom and serving as the Executive Director of the Kettering City Schools Forward Foundation where I work to provide Kettering students and staff with the best possible educational experiences. When we're not running around to the various sports and activities of our three kids, I love to travel, play tennis, read all the books, and spend time with family and friends.
