German Deptartment - Oktoberfest in West Unit:

Calling all German language alums! West Unit has long been home to Frau Yuker as well as other German teachers. This year, Fairmont welcomed Frau Zimmer (Emily Zimmerman, Class of 1998) back home as a German I, German II, and German II Honors teacher. To celebrate and support their passion for the language, West Unit had its inaugural Oktoberfest.  Staff dressed up and enjoyed fresh soft pretzels.  German themed music and decor added to the event of the day.  We look forward to this new tradition happening again in the fall.
