Chris and Sara met at Fairmont running cross country and with the excellent group of people around them they quickly became friends. Soon they found themselves spending more and more time together regardless of who was around, and began dating in the fall of ’05. They dated thru the remainder of high school, college, and into their careers and first home when Chris proposed at the finish line of a half marathon Sara had just ran. They have been happily married since 2013, and moved from Dayton in 2022 to Lexington where Sara is a nurse at the University of Kentucky hospital and Chris is working remotely managing global implementations of Microsoft D365 applications. They are still very close with the friends from cross country, and are thrilled to spend their time hiking, rock climbing, and traveling around the world as frequently as possible.
